Matondo Move To Easter Road Gains Pace
Hibs' left-flank puzzle may be solved. Brann left winger Rabbi Matondo is reportedly close to joining Heart of Midlothian, after his spell in Norway looked like a dead end. The Welsh winger's path from Rangers to SK Brann has not gone to plan, and Easter Road want a familiar Scottish attack option. One camp sees a hungry player chasing minutes; the other fears another short-term fix at a club that needs depth. If it happens, the Brann left winger could revive his Scottish career, while Hibs test whether their current project can survive. Rangers may have to accept he was not finished, Celtic fans may remember his old links, and Hibs supporters will want instant returns. Should Easter Road trust the left wing again?
